Norumbega Point has 93, one and two-bedroom apartments that feature full kitchens detailed with oak and granite, deep closets and patios/balconies. The community boasts elegant parlors, private dining rooms for catered special events, Pub with Happy Hour, Billiard Hall, Library, Greenhouse, Home Theatre, inviting Country Kitchen and activity rooms, Beauty Parlor and Spa, an indoor pool with Jacuzzi and underground parking. Services built-in to the monthly rental fee include weekly housekeeping services, concierge, linen and towel service, breakfast and dinner, transportation services, 24-hour staffing by trained/certified nursing assistants, scheduled activities, security, maintenance, and professionally staffed fitness and wellness centers.
